So do you. Antennaweb lists 23 stations within reach,
at the UF campus. Four of which are completely local,
but half of them can be reached with less than large
outdoor antennas. From the Antennaweb color coding, at
the UF campus, reception of multiple OTA stations
*should* be easier than where we live, and I have found
antennaweb to be pessimistic.

and try entering zip code 32611-9500. Notice only half
the stations require dark blue or violet color codes.
As a point of comparison, according to antennaweb, we
require dark blue or violet for all stations. Yet
rabbit ears work fine upstairs, and a tiny TV in the
kitchen gets by with a piece of wire for antenna.
Furthermore, Antennaweb does not list most of the
Baltimore DT stations for our address, not even with
violet antenna. Yet many of them are quite strong. So
you should have a relatively easy time of it, if you're
anywhere close to UF.

Plenty, actually. Not 50 percent, certainly, but plenty.
Some are on homes with DBS dishes. One of my neighors
has a loft mount, so there are likely others you won't
notice from outside. And rabbit ears, as I mentioned,
also work and would be invisible from outdoors.
No 30' towers. There was only one tower years ago, with
a huge HF yagi on it. A ham operator.
