I would like to go on record that I object to the use of "Responsible
Adult". I believe our policy should use "Parent or Legal Guardian". I
believe the use of "Responsible Adult" is too vega and could be problematic.
I also understand some revisions are going to be done on the current
proposed policy, which will mean the revised policy will need to be
presented at the August general membership meeting and voted on at the
September membership meeting. There is no need to rush this as there are on
shown on the horizon for a long time. Let's be sure the majority of our
membership is in agreement with the policy.
