OK, I apologise in advance for these, but let's get these out of the way
with Book 24. The following are issues reported against the rules
sections for the other GM books that also appear in Book 24. Once we
decide either way, we can update the errata pages/test versions of all 8
GM books. (And it will hopefully make it less likely that we'll have to
revisit Book 24 in the future!)

for each New Grand Master, and therefore your firstly chosen Kai Weapon
cannot be replaced at all. It is 'yours' forever (like Sommerswerd for LW).]

once you have chosen one (in Book 21).]"
