It appears that Ladybird can be contacted through the same New York
address as that given by Penguin. However, I think the London address
may be more appropriate since Mr. Hooks is probably still somewhere in
the UK.

I wouldn't contact the persons mentioned there. We really just need
them to forward the message. You may want to email them asking what
their procedure is to forward messages to authors/illustrators.
