You know, I always assumed that if I'd gotten a silver key from one
book, and held on to it, then I could use it in another book. But
that's naive, considering the nature of keys, so I think that they
should be disambiguated.  However, for the sake of realism, rather
than give them the names of their locations, ie "Kalte Silver Key", we
could just add another adjective such as "Engraved Silver Key" or even
"Small Silver Key" etc.
