There's no option here for people who have 1 or 0 gold, even those who have

Is it possible to be so hard up for cash that you have less than 2 GCs here?
No, it's not. You have to either fight the backstabber(s), which gets you 5
GCs, or if you lose all your money gambling you have to sell equipment or
fight the city watch.
Jon, can you confirm with a flowchart that the reader has to pass through
either section 88 or 76 to get to 17?
