Ok. I stand corrected. It is theoretically possible that you get to section 135, have exactly one GC, decide to give it to the woman, demand an explanation from the man, continue talking to him, and accept his offer to meet the captain.
Maybe the solution is to change the first choice at 135 to something like "If you have at least 2 Gold Crowns and wish to stop..." ? Of course, there's no rational in-story explanation for why LW would only want to stop if he has at least 2 GC, but it does resolve the issue :)
