<Magicians Guild vs. Magicians' Guild>
>I did consider that, but we would write "gents toilets", for example, not

I would agree with "gents" on its own, and "gents toilets" for the majority
of common usage. But I would assume that this is because it is a sign
indicating toilets for the use of more than one gent, and not advertising
the fact that more than one gent owns/runs those toilets.

What about "employees/employees' lounge", "students/students' college", "Kai
Lords/Lords' monastery", "childrens/children's playground"? (This last one
is particularly interesting because of the non-standard plural form.)

Do the Magicians actually own the Guild?

I've been trying to find an example from TMC to sway this argument either
way, but all I've managed to come up with is something which doesn't help.
Page 45 has three labels "GRAND MASTER'S CHAMBERS", "KAI MASTER'S CHAMBERS"
and "KAI MASTER'S HALL". Now while I'll go along with there only being one
Grand Master, the apostrophes in the second and third of these suggest that
there is only one Kai Master too. Thoughts?

You misspelt 'equipment' 15 times too! :-)
