Hmmm.
Both AdSynth and PadSynth have 'overall' Amplitude LFO (which is what I think
of as tremolo) - I wonder why SubSynth doesn't have it - The LFO amplitude would
be a direct match to the modulation depth control which handles the degree of
frequency deviation (vibrato).

When using both of these in the real world (guitar amps and analog synths) I've
often wanted to change the depth of both of these dynamically, but *never*
wanted to change the LFO speed. I've always set that at the start. Also I can't
see me ever wanting to change the LFO on individual voice parameters in AdSynth.

... having thought about it a bit more, plus musing over the code a little, that
all makes sense, with perhaps some room for more understanding on my part.
