There was a quota for the numbers of disabled people employed in a company
before the DDA was enacted I think.

I agree with you again Derek but not talking about the company you mention,
in general, I believe the sad situation is that there has to be a ruling
authority about employing a number of disabled people in the workplace,
otherwise such people are left on the back burner.
