well glenn, we'll watch this  space with interest about you taking on 
another fulltime blind competent braillist. why didn't you pursue a strategy

to advertise the vacant post at the time if you were so keen to not pay 
someone on an as and when basis thereby getting a post partially filled on 
the cheap! the phrase putting money where mouth is comes to mind here!
