Hi Eleanor, re Adobe, you probably thought of this already, but if you paid
using your bank card can't they find you on their system using your card
details? Better still, if it was an online purchase they should have a record
of your address, right? You can always use your bank statement and the
transaction number to prove payment I would have thought.

Cheers,
Amro

I had no response from them and I do not have the particulars now re
purchase etc. Now I am interested as I have a lame duck programme at
present, why you would wonder why I would want it anyway. I have found it
invaluable when I've been sent image scanned documents as it has converted
them to optical character recognition for me and made a 99.9% good job.
Other than that I like the programme simply because all my student text
books were in that format. In addition the university provides pdf forms
for completion by students and I can again call on it. Now as a very
experienced person with technology Ibrahim, do tell me what would you have
  in preference?

  Eleanor
