[AR] Re: APCP properties, was Re: Re: starship abort?

I briefly encountered some viscosity issues. I was trying to make some
small batch APCP with 88% solids. I recall two things.

1. A little lecithin (0.5%?) made a big difference.

2. After adding all the AP the mix really thickened. But after a bit of
mixing (20 min or so) the mix suddenly thinned and was fine to make motors
with.

Those behaviors are very finicky and formula dependent.
