[gps-talkusers] A couple of difficulties with version 2010

I could really use some help with version 2010. My first difficulty is
when I reset my MPower I get the message file systems have been updated and I
am instructed to do a reset with no keys held down. I have tried removing the
program with the uninstall program and by using the s d f reset on my qt. I
am not sure what I have done wrong here. My next problem is when I tried to
set my position to my house address I receive an exception: 50037 at 20120.
data misalignment error. Then My unit freezes and I have to do another reset.
I only get this error when typing in my address. I didn't get the error when
using a poi I created that is near my house.
The message I receive after a reset is only after a j k l reset. Any help on
these issues would be appreciated.
