Hi,
Try this.
1. Do a 1-2-3 or S-D-F reset. Uninstall GPS 6.2 with the latest
uninstaller from the site.
2. do a 4-5-6 J-K-L reset.
3. Install 2010 and reset.
When starting 2010 you should get a please wait message. The background
sound should play a number of times then finally the version number will
be announced.
