Umm interesting, probably something I wrote a while ago. A normal reset
should be fine, lets try a normal one first and see what happens.

I just ran the uninstaller and I was told to do a j k l reset. Do I do this
reset or the no key reset. It is still at the gps has been removed prompt
and wanting me to do the j k l reset.
