I just ran the uninstaller and I was told to do a j k l reset. Do I do this reset or the no key reset. It is still at the gps has been removed prompt and wanting me to do the j k l reset.

Sounds like an issue with Keysoft not releasing its old files. Best idea isto do a 123 reset then run the uninstaller. Then do a normal reset. This should break the cycle of system files have been updated. Then you can install GPS 2010. Hope this helps. Charles M.
