Hi,

This won't really help but I was getting the same message after various
types of reset on my mPower for the last few months I had it - this was
nothing particularly to do with GPS software, though.  I took it as an
ailing device - this was under Keysoft 7.2.

I am still getting system files have been updated  after a j k  l reset.  I 
followed the instructions below.  The keysoft system disk is still at 95 
percent the only time I don't seem to really get this message is if gps is 
not installed and it just has the default version of 6.0 that came with ks 
8.0 build 20.
