anyone know how to access IRC from IITM?
the public proxies available do not support CONNECT. so u r out of
luck. u might be able to use IRC directly if you have an account on a
department machine which has a direct connection. otherwise, the way
out is to use an external service like your-freedom.net over the HTTP
proxy.
