Once again, transconnect. This time YOU can look up the download url yourself.
as the original poster most likely discovered (and not posted here, i guess)
this is unlikely to work. transconnect requires to be able to 'connect' to
arbitrary port numbers throught the proxy - a configuration which is not
supported on iitm campus.
