[Ilugc] how do I receive alerts on my mobile device?

The Mail2SMS service is stopped by most of the operators. Even if it
is running, most of the time, you will get the SMS with 5 to 10hrs of
delay :)

I heard, few operators are providing HTTP accounts for sending bulk
SMS. Try that.
