[Ilugc] how do I receive alerts on my mobile device?

Kannel is not suitable for the new model phone with-out serial i/f. If
you can get SMSC SMPP account, then fine. But now a days, operators
are not welling open the SMPP i/f to external members and it is costly
too.
Any bluetooth based solutions?
