I am new to the open source concepts but find it fascinating.
I had installed ubuntu8.10 and from then my system never hanged even once.
I want to know the structure and process of a website project.
I had knowledge of html and i have now learnt php from a book(for dummies
series).
Can people tell me how to proceed? what more to learn and which other books to
read?
i have installed php5 and apache2 on my ubuntu8.10system.
Or give me some assignments in php? or is there some thing else that is crucial
to web development that is required.
Also to contribute to the open source movement i want to begin with doing
documentation for any project or review it as i am quick at pointing out typos.
Can someone give me a project to document or review its documentation?.
But please do remember i am a newbie not a techie.
