How about mega-broadband 2-way wireless and gigabit wireless into every 
home along with new ideas like FON to create those pervasive wireless 
hot spots? Can be done now and I believe will be done very soon.

And with Cable and Telcos talking of changing the "culture" of the 
Internet in their favor the need and impetuous for end runs around these 
monopoly creatures could spur such ventures.
