If they make a bunch of 1080p inexpensive monitors with no tuners or ATSC royalties I hope they are also good computer displays.


I wonder what the royalties are if they just had a QAM cable tuner with no cable card. Are they allowed to make digital cable ready but not OTA ready TV's?
