OK, thanks, Jon. I've fixed the other issue in Book 1 (Meal -> meal in Sect132) and in Books 2 and 3. Committed.
Do you have any thoughts on the few outstanding issues for Books 1-5 that have been reported in the past few months since we republished them? If we fix them, we might as well re-release them using PNG images and with all issues up to date.
