As an update, we're pretty close to sealing the deal. I've been
emailing Raul privately. I've created an account for him on the web
server, and if I hadn't forgotten my usb drive at home, I would have
sent him the graphics files necessary to customize the PA graphics for
their site. Communication is a little difficult due to my nonexistent
Spanish, but as far as I know, it's just a matter of moving forward at
this point.
