Tony, The broadcasting Authority (or whatever they call themselves now" have a list of bidders, from which they chose Boxer. So they will now pass the tender on to the next in line, which is a consortium of three companies that includes Setanta TV, in hopes that they are still interested. I've no doubt that there are more details in RTÉ News and in the on-line editions of the news publications. According to what I heard (John gormely/Eamonn Ryan) the rollout will still go ahead, though a little later.
