I do not read braille, and natwest will not either tell me over the phone or
send it to me by tape or email.
to get to the branch and back would set me back about £12 in cab fairs, and
they won't even refund those, and I don't really see why I should pay that
out just because they are to stupid to realise that I need that info either
by phone or by tape or email, and that is just one card, so if I did that
for all 5 of my cards we would be talking about an outlay of around £50, and
that's assuming all the companies have places in this aeria I could go to
get that info, and I definitely am not happy about forking out £50 for 5
lousy sets of numbers that these people could easily tell me by phone if
they would stop being so burocratic for once.
