the problem with chip&pin that I as a totally blind person have is that none
of the banks/credit card companies will tell you the pin, so how are you
supposed to use it if no one will tell you what it is or supply it in
accessible formats?
it is the same with the number on the back of cards that a lot of places ask
for now, none of the banks/card companies will give a blind person that info
either.
