IMU: Johnson's stance is(was, he's change his tune strongly)
about as dumb as Mr Trump's stance on "How to cope with Corona."
Containment was a viable strategy in Wuhan when cases
were localized, but I suspect even there they will be seeing a second
wave very soon as they gradually restart the economy.
Why is it that China is seen as dumb and banging away on flintstones to
while away their time?
Again IMU China seems to have coped quite well in scope of the epidemic
having been a brand new one on their hands.
