Afair I haven't ever seen a good solution to electroplating tiny passages.
Could require gold plating solution to be pumped through, with the negative
clamp on the outside of the spaghetti tubes and the positive on the
electrode in the solution tank.
No idea if such could work or has been researched. I fear plated layers are
prone to peel off at high tubing temperatures and vibration.
