Almost in all the tutorials, screen / web casts that I've been through 
in my two years of being a ".net guy" (I prefer C#),
I've never seen any of those tutorial guys clicking or dragging and 
dropping something.
Good  programmers seem to favor typing. Be it on Windows or Gnu/Linux.

I urge people to refrain from talking things that they aren't aware of.
