[Ilugc] teaching Foss syllabus in colleges

but it seems continuing always.
the staff call us every year to cover the syllabus. instead of the staff
learning Foss stuff, they use us.
this should be changed. the college staff should learn the Foss subjects
and they should start teaching the subjects themselves.
Every individuals capabilities are different so we cannot say for sure a
person with one year of experience in FOSS is eligible to teach
students. Which is one of the reasons why they have certifications. So,
the question is how does one know whether they are ready to teach FOSS
subjects. Certifications seems to be the simple answer but, IMO, they
are no good as well.
I think, self confidence is probably the most important factor to get
someone to teach FOSS subjects, I am not sure of any common solution
which can help everyone build that.
