First off, one doesn't need a GUI to whip up a HTML5 player.

Second, you shot yourself in the foot here.

1. Install Flash Builder
2. Import Adobe OSMF (Open Source Media Player)
3. Add Javascript plugin of your choice to the Flash Builder eclipse-based IDE
4. Edit HTML templates for OSMF projects.
5. Use the same resources in your OSMF and HTML5 player
6. Add code for HTML5 playback in a hidden DIV
7. Add a trigger to check User Agent string in JS and launch the HTML5
player instead of the Flash player
8. Build the project
8. Launch the generated index page in Safari, and/or debug the
JS+IE/FF inside the IDE

I'm sorry, you were saying? Right - see my last comment - you're just
blowing hot air.
