Yes, I'm willing to speculate that 8vsb is the niftiest thing since sliced bread. We should switch to it on schedule and move on to the next set of problems.

My advice to the FCC is to take this request for a delay as an opportunity to reschedule how the transition should be made. Doing it in one fell swoop, no matter what the date, will create the same sort of hand wringing and last minute stage frights.
