Ken,

 

I can't find that notebook so I'm working off memory here.

 

1. I usually made an 84% to 85% solids motor. Trimodal AP: 400, 200, 90 & 
Under. 5% Al. They were quite reliable and reproducible.

 

2. For the 88% solids I added Lecithin (0.5%). Didn't use in my normal motors.

 

3. Added more AP to get to 88%. Qmodal AP: 600, 400, 200, 90 & Under.

 

4. Had quite the "phase transition" in viscosity. After mixing for a while it 
changed into a much less viscous fluid. And stayed that way through casting. 

 

That's all the detail I recall.
