[Ilugc] issue in installing fedora 7

you are free to launch a campaign to change the rule - but until it
*is* changed, please abide by the rule
Not a campaign as much as trying to police the list. And ilugc is a tiny
list, by most standards - and not all that much traffic in a day, certainly
not lkml level. You'd barely strain a 486 running some variety of barebones
linux and a webserver ..
But the merits or demerits of top posting aside, those are for the admin to
enforce. Or not. As he pleases. Last I checked, Prof Sriram is the list
admin, not you, not me.
So, if you want to tell someone not to top post, do so. But answer his
question at the same time.
