I think you did scan the headings for the Grand Master Disciplines, though I don't have access to any that have been resized, so they should also be implemented.
The Magnakai headings are like a grey-and-white chequered pattern with the name of the Magnakai Discipline overlaid on top of it. They can be seen in Books 25+ ISTR.
Once again, it will probably take a while to get this done, but it can be implemented in Books 22-28 simultaneously.
(ne) Levels: [so: How do we start the numbered list at 4?] I've added the "start" attribute to ordered lists in the DTD (over 2 years since the last update!) and to xhtml.xsl. Anyone know offhand how to accomplish this in LaTeX? I've also added the "value" attribute to list items, but forget about that for now. To start the numbering at 4, all you nee in the XML is the following: <ol start="4">
Ah! Excellent, thanks. Implemented in Books 21-28 and I've updated title, levels, and footnotz for each of those books in the test area. Book 21 looks to be in much better shape now. I'm sure playtesting will fix all that. :-\
