We need to split this into two tables like we have done in the past. On a stylistic note, I still believe we should change the font-family style to something like "Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif". Also, I'm not sure the drop shadow will jibe with the graphical style of the other graphics and illustrations. I'm hopeful that we can update all of the action chart and random number table graphics to SVG. Timothy, regarding your proposal to make this an HTML table, I would support that as the more accessible option except that we can't do that for all of the other graphical elements.
