Hello Hazel, I agree that the simplicity or complexity of the product is neither here nor there. One customer may be intelligent enough to work out how to use bump-ons, another, with learning difficulties, or manual dexterity issues for example, may struggle. So whatever the product, if they're selling it to you, you have the right to the same level of instructions on how to use it as you'd get if you had the sight to read standard print. End of story.
