Well same argument may well cover companies like Sight & Sound, Blazie, Computer Room, and so on. They don't provide all teir product guides manuals in all formats, Such as Braille! Still, the RNIB should insist that it is part of their practice as a reseller that all manufacturers provide instructions in alternative formats.
