Agreed Ian, I am the 1st to complain but again here I cannot fault RNIB whatsoever, there is even a good description of this equipment which I have never heard of before on the site.

Well, this is all very interesting. I've had a look and there are instructions for Jot A Dot on the webpage. It is a word file and it is open on my machine right now. The very first line in the instructions. says"Please retain these instructions for future reference. These instructions are also available in alternative formats."In this case, it seems RNIB is providing instructions in various formats and so cannot be blamed. However, the salesperson should have known this or should have known where to go to find out.
