Sivakumar, Kenneth,
I think the tamil localization team needs the inputs of english
speaking members, and ilugc by and large appreciate the efforts of the tamil
localization team members. Both can grow on each others strengths, and have
a chance to cirtique each others' misgivings.
Splitting this list is not a positive change for either lists.
Please don't catalyze the split. Its better to be one with
controversies than be divided.
Regards,
Madan.

b.Since mails in tamil are too little we can ignore them. As pointed bycreating
another poster if mails exceed 4 or 5 a day, let us think about
separate list.
it needs two people to have a mailing list - create a tamil list for
andand
let all posts there be in Tamil - actually I enjoy reading tamil posts
would like to improve my tamil by replying in tamil. So let us do that.
I second this.
I would be interested in creating more technical content in Tamil. If a
separate list is the way to go, I am all for it. Let us do that and start
building content in Tamil. Amachu is there, kg is in, I am also interested
in a Tamil mailing list. We have three.
It can be called ilugt (t stands for Tamil Nadu) or ilugct (ilug chennai
tamil). Will iitm host this list?
Best regards,
Ma Sivakumar
