Though I do not want waste time on petty issues, this issue is getting dragged
unnecessarily (and repeatedly). In my opinion
a.tagging is the best, simple solution. When someone can take 15 minutes
to type mail, just typing five extra characters [TAM] is not difficult.
Consistently refusing to do so appears fanatic.
b.Since mails in tamil are too little we can ignore them. As pointed by
another poster if mails exceed 4 or 5 a day, let us think about creating
separate list.
c.Though full translation cannot be given all the time just an abstract will
help others.
I wish all stick to guidelines as set by co-ordinator.
