[Ilugc] Request for non-native language speakers in any LUG's mailing list

we are talking about setting up an *official* tamil list for ILUGC. If such is
decided, the hosting would preferably be at IIT along with the other official
list. You are free start any list you want - but it will not be an official
list
and will not be put up on our websites. Please wait for a decision on this.
