[Ilugc] Request for non-native language speakers in any LUG's mailing list

Anyway first let us
see if the LUG coordinators decide to have an official tamil list, then see if
IIT is willing to host it.
There wont be any official tamil, official hindi, official telugu,
official malayalam,
official moresecode mailing list for ilugc.
But, anyone can run their own mailing in their own language.
Please inform here, if you start such list.
Interested people will join and discuss in their own languages.
