[Ilugc] Request for non-native language speakers in any LUG's mailing list

It can be called ilugt (t stands for Tamil Nadu) or ilugct (ilug chennai
tamil). Will iitm host this list?
If community decides to start such a new mailing list, Computer Society of
MIT would like to host it.
