Hi,
I am a native speaker and i am in favour of having english as the primary
communication language in this mailing list.
I hope the new mailing list guidelines explains what is right and what is
not!.
The good thing which i see about the new guidelines is that if i post the
content in a language , i have the responsibility and duty to supply the
english translation for the same and keep the subject line in english.
The new guidelines is more focussed on inclusiveness of people in promoting
foss which in my view is the fabric of indianism.
