we dont need people who wont take extra effort to be polite and
helpful. When I was in Mumbai, I was amazed to see people Queueing up
for buses. Unlike in Chennai where there is a mad rush for the bus.
The Mumbai people take 'extra effort' to Queue up - please go to
Mumbai and teach them Chennai ways - if you, in your enthusiasm
(hurry?) want to get on the bus, why worry about Queue?
